1. Pyrolytic thermal conversion machinery applications

The pyrolytic thermal convesion machinery can be used for recycling the waste into energy, like waste tires or tyres, waste plastic, waste engine oil, waste  mud oil, oil shale, waste agricultural plastic film mulching and so on, we can get the pyro gas, steel, carbon char and specially the fuel oil that can replace the fossil oil in many industry areas.

2. The technical flow chart during production

Normally, it is including four steps, detailed as below:

Feeding----Pyrolysizing----Cooling----Discharging.

Specially speaking, 1st step feeding, the client can choose manual or semi-automatic machinery, like belt conveyor, hydralic feeder, and screwer.

Pyrolysis, it need to be heating during production, you can also choose different heating fuels, like liquid- oil, gaseous-natural gas, solid--coal or wood, we can do as the client requirements.

3. Different designed systems

We have two systems:

1) The first system, it recycles the waste into fuel oil into two kinds: crude oil and heavy oil;

 

2) The other one is seperating the oil into three cuts: light oil, mid oil, heavy oil;

The clients can choose the different system accoring to their markets, so it is very important the client check the market information before placing the order.

5. After-sales service:

We guarantee,

1) If during guarantee time, the reactor is damaged and not operational in the validity of the contract, we provide free repair service and technical support;

2) If the buyer operate the equipment not according to the user’s manual; our company are not responsible for any repair job. In this case, all parts of the equipment will be provided at cost. The client should pay for the labor.
